University of Mississippi United Way Campaign

United Way of Oxford-Lafayette County (UWOLC) proudly partners with the University of Mississippi to improve lives as well as meet community needs by uniting people and resources. The funds raised through the University of Mississippi’s United Way campaign help support local programs and coalitions that improve health, advance education, promote financial stability, and meet basic needs throughout the Lafayette-Oxford-University (LOU) community.

Ways to Invest in the LOU Community

University of Mississippi faculty and staff can give through a variety of methods. Many employees give through payroll deduction, but there are several others who give through a direct gift such as a check, bank draft, stock transfer, or other means. If you have not already filled out a pledge form and wish to give through payroll deduction or a direct gift, please click on the link below to download a pledge form specific to the University of Mississippi in PDF format:

Please note pledge forms as well as contributions by check, cash, etc. can be mailed or delivered to our office at the address listed below:

United Way of Oxford-Lafayette County
440 N. Lamar Blvd., Suite 5
Oxford, MS 38655

University employees, retirees, and students can also donate online via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay (if on an Apple mobile device) using the online form below. In addition, individuals can give via Venmo using the link below. No amount is too small to make a significant impact as every investment in the LOU community yields incredible returns.

Whether someone gives $10 or $10,000, each tax-deductible charitable contribution makes a meaningful difference as the UWOLC provides the means to support several outstanding programs as well as thousands of local residents of all ages and backgrounds through a single donation.

Donating $5 each pay period can supply 24 lovepacks to ensure local students in need have food over the weekend and holiday breaks. Contributing $10 per pay period can provide 42 meals to homebound seniors. Giving $25 every pay period can furnish a free book each month to 24 local children. Those are simply a few examples of the difference you can make as every gift serves as an investment in our community as we all work hand in hand for the betterment of Oxford and Lafayette County.
