CASA of North Mississippi

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of North Mississippi is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children through the development and support of court-sanctioned, community-based programs that provide trained and supervised volunteers. In doing so, the agency supplies trained volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the youth court system, with a primary focus on providing every vulnerable child a CASA volunteer to stand by his/her side.

The United Way of Oxford-Lafayette County support’s CASA of North Mississippi’s Socks & Soles program, which provides socks and shoes for children in foster care as many foster children come into custody without clothes or shoes.
